Adopt a regular sleep schedule
Try to go to bed and wake up at regular times, even on weekends. This naturally regulates ADH production.

A warm bath, soft music, or slow breathing… Treat yourself to a moment of tranquility before going to sleep.
Opt for moderation.
Reduce your water intake 1 to 2 hours before bedtime.
