According to local officials, the situation came to light when several individuals hiking in the region reported witnessing unusual and concerning behavior deeper within the forest. These hikers, who were traveling along a less frequented trail, initially believed they may have come across either an injured person or possibly illegal hunting activity. Given the remote nature of the location and the limited visibility under the forest canopy, they were unsure at first what they were observing.
